Return Policy


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. For this reason, we offer a hassle-free return policy. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you can return the unused, unopened, and undamaged items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund of the purchase price. Please note that the item(s) must be returned in their original or sellable condition to be eligible for a refund. We do not offer refunds for shipping and handling charges unless there was an error on our part or the merchandise arrived damaged. Please note that items such as sale items, cut-to-order yardage, paper/digital patterns, and gift cards cannot be returned.

How to Start A Return:
Please email info@marienoah.net to start a return, and include your order number in the subject line.

We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and information regarding merchandise returns. Once the return is authorized, items should be carefully packed and shipped to us with the RMA# prominently marked outside the box. Marie Noah LLC will cover shipping costs for damaged, defective, or wrongly shipped items. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs for all other returns. 

Crediting your refund:  After we receive and process your returned item(s), we will refund the amount of your returned item(s) to the same form of payment that you used to purchase the item(s). You will be notified via email once the return is completed and the amount of credit issued to you. Please note that it may take up to two credit card statements for the refund to appear in your account.


Final Sale Items:

All sale items, cut yardage, gift cards, and paper/digital patterns are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return. 

Defective or damaged items:  In case any item from your order is missing, broken, or damaged upon the arrival of your package, kindly contact our customer service representative within two business days of delivery. To do so, please send an email to info@marienoah.net containing your name, order number, and a description of the problem. We will assist you with the necessary steps to resolve the issue.
